3. Cable acceptance process:

(1) Cable products should have a product quality inspection report issued by a national accreditation body (need to be stamped with the manufacturer's official seal), the original product certificate and other information, if not, we can reject cable products; The packaging of the acceptance cable is complete, and the brand, specification and model of the product on the packaging should be consistent with the requirements of the order;

(2) The surface of the conductor should be shiny, free of defects such as broken wires, loose strands, jumpers, crushes and burrs; The surface of the insulation layer should be smooth and flat, with uniform color; The surface of the outer sheath should be smooth and flat, uniform in color, and without obvious pimples, bulges, breaks, wrinkles, abrasions and other phenomena; The surface of the armor layer should be smooth and round, and there should be no defects such as curling, burrs, and leakage packets;

(3) The national standard stipulates that the length error does not exceed 0.5% of the total length, prohibits the shortage of length, finds the shortage phenomenon, and requires the manufacturer to compensate for the missing meter 10 times. If there is an inkjet code on the surface of the cable, it is necessary to check whether the product name, specification and model are consistent with the requirements of the order.

(4) Cable performance acceptance - the engineering department will send the electrical performance of the wire and cable according to the local government regulations according to the batch inspection.

It is worth noting that in order to reduce the error caused by the acceptance of cable products due to unloading, it is necessary to confirm that the ground is flat when unloading the cable, there are no large and pointed stones, and forklifts or tower cranes should be used as much as possible when unloading.
