The reasons for this phenomenon are as follows:
1. The tension on the storage wheel is unstable. There may be many places where air pressure is used in the production workshop, which will cause the air pressure of the air pump of the wire drawing machine to be large and small, which also makes the tension of the wire accumulator not constant, and because the speed of the wire take-up is constant, this makes The pulling force on the wire drawing is also not constant, which can cause the deviation of the outer diameter of the single wire to be unable to be accurately controlled.
2. The flutter of the copper wire on the annealing wheel. This makes the copper wire annealed in a state of being loose and tight, and the current density of annealing is sometimes large and small, while the strength of the copper wire at higher speeds is relatively low, so it is easy to cause the copper wire to ignite on the annealing wheel. , so that the surface of the copper wire is uneven in diameter due to the action of sparks.
3. Wear and tear caused by the long-term use of the main motor gearbox. This can make the speed of the constant speed wheel of the drawing do not match the pulling speed and the speed of the take-up, resulting in the thinning of the monofilament.
Solution: Lubricate the wire accumulator well to prevent it from causing reverse friction to the wire during high-speed operation, thereby thinning the wire; adjust the tension of the wire so that the stroke of the wire drawing is always close to the annealing wheel; To ensure the integrity of the annealed wheel steel ring, to avoid unstable annealing current due to surface defects of the steel ring.
According to the actual situation of the wire drawing machine, re-match the die of the wire drawing machine: adjust according to the principle of wire drawing, so that the speed of the annealing wheel / the speed of the fixed speed wheel = the forward slip coefficient × the diameter of the fixed speed wheel / the diameter of the annealing wheel, among which the speed of the constant speed wheel and the annealing wheel The diameter of the wire drawing machine is known, and the rotational speed of the constant speed wheel and the annealing wheel can also be measured. From this, the forward slip coefficient can be obtained. The wire drawing machine can be reconfigured by the slip coefficient, so that the matched die can meet the requirements. .
The reason for the oxidation of the surface of the monofilament drawn by the wire drawing machine
1. The temperature of the cooling water in the sealing chamber is too high, exceeding 40°C, so that the sealing chamber cannot achieve the required cooling effect on the monofilament, resulting in the temperature of the monofilament still high after annealing, and encountering air at high temperature. oxidized by oxygen.
2. The saponified liquid content of the cooling liquid in the sealing chamber is not enough, which will increase the friction between the monofilament and each guide wheel, and then increase the temperature of the monofilament again, causing the surface of the monofilament to oxidize.
3. The water pressure and water volume of the cooling water in the sealed chamber are not enough, so that the monofilament cannot achieve a satisfactory cooling effect.
Solution: Always check whether the equipment for cooling the circulating water is running normally and whether the cooling effect is normal; add substances that can increase the concentration of the saponification liquid in the sealed chamber at certain intervals, so that the content of the saponification liquid in the cooling water can be changed to ensure the monofilament. It can run normally on the guide wheel; regularly check whether the water pressure of the circulating water is normal, and continuously change the pressure and water volume of the cooling water entering the sealed chamber according to the change of the water pressure during production.
Reasons for frequent wire breakage in wire drawing production
1. The sizing area of the drawing die will become larger due to normal wear and tear during uninterrupted production.
2. Quality problems of various rods. During the production process, the rods have irregular quality defects, which cause the monofilament to be broken by various unpredictable tensions during the wire drawing deformation. This situation rarely occurs when the rod is good.
3. The annealing current in production is not constant, the current is suddenly high, the single wire is pulled off during the annealing process or fused by a sudden strong current.
Solution: Before production, fully self-check the copper rods to be produced, find out the quality defects of the copper rods in time, and find corresponding countermeasures in time according to different situations, or reduce the wire drawing speed, or remove the defective parts.
During production, constantly observe whether the annealing current of the wire drawing is normal, especially when it is just started, pay special attention to the change of the annealing current, and adjust the size of the annealing current according to the change of the wire speed, so as to make the annealing current slowly follow the wire. The speed increases and becomes larger to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
