What are the reasons for the disconnection and glue breaking of the plastic layer of the wire and cable?

Wire and cable are wire products used to transmit electric energy, information and complete electromagnetic energy conversion. Causes of production:

Method of exclusion:

(1) The mold selection should be larger, especially the mold for the sheath, which should be enlarged by 6 to 8mm.

(2) Appropriately reduce the length and thickness of the core mouth.

(3) Reduce the speed of screw and traction.

(4) Properly increase the control temperature of the machine head.
