PFA electrodes are extruded from soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) granular material. There are two kinds of round and flat.

Soldering Tips:

1. Before welding, clean the adhered surface with acetone or ethanol solution and dry it.

PFA plastic is a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluoroethylene ether and polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer. The melt viscosity increased and the solution viscosity decreased, but the properties did not change compared to PTFE. The resin can be directly processed by common thermoplastic molding processes.
